Aveti un dll si nu a spus autorul unde il bagati sau autorul a gresit cand a spus cum se activeza/unde se pune???

suplimentar , cand intrati in cs scrieti numele DLL'ului in consola.
ex: daca am un dll pe nume canabis.dll , il pun in toate folderele de mai sus si scriu in consola fara ghilimele [fara " " ] "canabis.dll"
Daca dll-ul este facut corect... va functiona 100%
